Fracture Proppant

Fracture proppant are tiny pellets that are used to squeeze out trapped pockets of oil and natural gas deposits, which are mainly used by oil and gas companies. Our proppant products have been certified as tier-1 supplier by PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC and passed tests conducted by China Petroleum & Chemical Industry Association (CPCIA).
We have finished the second phase capacity expansion to 60,000 metric tons, with production performed by our wholly owned subsidiary Gengsheng Desaier Ceramsite Co.,Ltd. |

Refractory
|

Through wholly owned subsidiary, Gengsheng Refractories, located in Gongyi City, Henan province, we produce refractories, which withstand high temperatures and are used during heavy industrial production processes. In addition to selling customized, high quality monolithic refractories, we offer installation and ongoing maintenance service, a “full-service program”, which makes the company’s products more attractive to customers, meanwhile, allows us to develop long-standing relationships with customers, create recurring sales and higher gross margin.
Our refractory customers are companies in the steel and iron industries. At present, we have annual capacity of 150,000 metric tons. |

Functional ceramic
|

We expanded into functional or industrial ceramics by acquiring 89.33% of Henan High-Temperature Materials in 2002, whose products mainly include abrasive balls and tiles, valves, electronic ceramics and structural ceramics.
These industrial ceramics are components in a variety of end products such as fuses, vacuum interrupters, electrical components, mud slurry pumps and high-pressure pumps, which are used in the electric power, electronic components, industrial pumps and metallurgy industries. |

Fine Abrasive
|

|
The fine precision abrasives are ultra-fine grain-shaped industrial materials made from green silicon carbide (SiC), white fused alumina, and blended materials. The products are widely used to polish optical equipment, semiconductors and fine-metal surfaces, including solar equipment. With our patented technology, better access to raw material and low production cost, we expect the segment to be the next sweet spot of growth.
At present we are in trial production and expect commercial launch soon. |
