The Company launched its fracture proppant business in mid-2007. Fracture proppants are fine, ball-like pellets used by oil and gas exploration companies to increase production from wells. They are injected into wells to squeeze out trapped pockets of oil and natural gas deposits during drilling. Gengsheng has been certified by PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC as a tier-one supplier, owing to the quality and sophistication of its proppant products.

Industrial ceramics products include ceramic plates, tubes, rollers, elbows and wearable valves used primarily in heavy machinery in industries including electric power generation, electronic components, industrial pumps and metallurgy.
