| Professor Shunqing Zhang |

|
Mr. Zhang became CEO and president on April 25, 2007 and chairman on May 3, 2007. Before being named CEO, Mr. Zhang served as president of Henan Gengsheng from June 2002 to December 2005, and chairman of the board and president of the Gengsheng Industry Group of Henan Province, from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang served as director of the Academy of the Ministry of Metallurgy Lofa Resistance Associated Experimental Plant in Gongyi City, a refractory manufacturer, from 1986 to 1997. Mr. Zhang holds an associate degree from China Central Radio and TV University and an EMBA degree from Wuhan University. |

| Mr. Ningfang (Frank) Liang |

Mr. Liang joined the Company in July 2011.
Prior to joining GengSheng, Mr. Liang worked as Finance
Manager at White Mountains Re Ltd, the reinsurance
subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd.
Additionally, he has held senior finance and accounting
positions at American International Group, Inc., Celgene
Corporation and China Construction Bank. Mr. Liang is
a licensed CPA in the states of New Jersey and Illinois
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in
finance from Shanghai University of Finance and
Economics,and an MBA from the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign. |

| Mr. Hongfeng Jin |

Mr. Jin joined the Company in December 2006 as Assistant Manager of Finance of Henan Gengsheng, and was promoted to Interim CFO, Treasurer and Secretary in April 2007. Prior to joining the Gengsheng Group, Mr. Jin was a project manager at Asia-Pacific Accounting Group Ltd. from 1997-2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics. |

| Dr. Ningsheng Zhou |

Dr. Zhou currently serves as the Director of the High Temperature Materials Institute at Henan Univ. of Sci. & Tech, and a visiting scholar at Dolomitwerke GmbH Wuelfrath, Germany, where he focuses on castables and related technologies. From 1982 – 2004, he was a senior researcher at Luoyang Institute, during which he achieved a number of breakthroughs in steel ladle and monolithic refractories development. He holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of Montreal. |

| Dr. Kai Shi |

Dr. Shi is an authority in refractory technology. Prior to joining China Gengsheng in 2007, Dr. Shi was Vice President and Chief Engineer at Xinxiang Boma Refractories Company. He holds two patents related to refractory technology, and has received numerous local and national awards. |
